Search Email Addresses From Website/URLs:
- Give the Website/URL (you want to search email addresses from) in the specified box and click "Extract Emails" button. You can set search criteria in "Settings" by click "Settings" button before start searching Emails.
- URLs List can also be imported from .txt or .csv files By click "Import URLs from Files" button.
- After start search "Stop" button will be displayed for abort the searching Process.
- Before doing anything, you have to stop all running processes.
- Extracted email addresses will be displayed in Emails List, you can remove all email addresses from the Emails List by click "Clear List" button.
- After making a confirmed List of URLs from you want to extract Emails, if you want to remove unwanted urls from URLs List by just pressing "Delete" key.
- Set the Option either you want to extract emails from the same webpage, same domain or from the whole web/Internet.
- Now Click on "Extract Emails" Button for extract email addresses from URLs
Filter Extracted Email Addresses:
- Extracted email Addresses from Internet might contains some Email Addresses are not useful.
- You can add the criteria of removing those Email Addresses by filter.
- Apply "Filter" button.
- It will refine the list of Email Addresses according to your requirement.
Save Extracted Email Addresses:
- Extracted Email Addresses can be saved in .CSV(Excel Format)/.txt/ new Line format.
- URLs from where email addresses extracted can also be saved with or without email addresses. by click "Save" button.
Settings:
- You can change Search Criteria from Settings by click "Settings" button.
- Setting's General Tab, you can check "Search Duplicate emails addresses" for searching Duplicate email addresses.
- Set the extracted email addresses would be from the same domain or from outside the domain.
